1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing digital game licenses from Cybernaut Games (cybernautgames.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not license or use our WebGL/HTML5 games.

2. License Grant & Permitted Use

Upon payment, Cybernaut Games grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to host, publish, and monetize the purchased WebGL/HTML5 game package on your specified portal or domain.

• Direct Web Package ($800 tier): You receive compiled production ZIP builds for self-hosting.
• Custom SDK Integration ($1,200 tier): You receive custom integration of your platform's SDKs/Ad networks managed directly by our engineering team.

3. Restrictions

You may not sub-license, resell, re-distribute, or share source code/compiled zip packages to third-party marketplaces or public file repositories without explicit written authorization.

4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with Cybernaut Games shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
