1. Digital Goods Policy

Because Cybernaut Games sells irrevocable digital software licenses (compiled WebGL/HTML5 packages), all sales are final once the build files have been downloaded or dispatched, in compliance with Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

2. Refund Eligibility & Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate charges due to payment gateway glitch.
• Technical malfunction where the ZIP file is corrupt and our engineering team cannot provide a working fix within 7 business days.

3. How to Request Assistance

If you experience any technical issues with your purchased WebGL package, please reach out to our team at support@cybernautgames.net with your receipt ID and description of the issue.
